Transformation Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to support our business transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the Transformation and Continuous Improvement Lead to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, implement change initiatives, and support digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, business process expertise, foundational IT knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand current business processes and identify inefficiencies.
Assist in documenting "as-is" and designing "to-be" process flows.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Gather, analyze, and visualize data to support transformation decisions.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Technology & Digital Transformation
Work with IT teams to assess current technology systems and recommend improvements.
Support the implementation of new tools, software, or system enhancements, including EBS (Enterprise Business Systems) applications.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management for IT-related projects.
Project Support & Change Management
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans.
Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Support training and documentation efforts to help teams transition effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or IT/business transformation.
Degree in Business or IT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
Basic understanding of IT systems, ERP/EBS applications, and digital transformation concepts.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in material handling, logistics, or equipment sales/service industries.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience working on ERP/EBS implementations or upgrades.
Exposure to change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.
