Red Seal Technician:
- Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $30.75 to $37 per hour, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.
- Guarantee: To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

Apprentice Technician Annual Wage Range: $38,376 - $66,976

We are committed to supporting our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades as they navigate their apprenticeship blocks. We offer Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan for all Apprentices!
Level Bonuses:
- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
