Under the direction of the Manager, Digital Data, the Ecommerce Digital Content Analyst is responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data in order to drive operational decision-making within the Digital Content Management department. The Ecommerce Digital Content Analyst's responsibilities include collaborating with cross functional teams to design new processes, working closely with IT on enhancing the PIM (Product information management) system and troubleshooting user issues to ensure smooth operations. This individual will be required to work with cross-functional partners to understand business objectives and issues then deliver insights that support a recommendation or solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot PIM (Product information management) tool
  • Manage the ticketing system used by internal and external business users
    • Create documentations for internal and external business users
    • Support creation of new ticket forms and flows in partnering with cross functional teams
    • Manage the layout of the ticketing system
  • Utilize dashboard to provide overview on ticket progress, highlight risks and potential process gaps
  • Track and measure ecommerce digital content performance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis and leverage knowledge gained into actionable results
  • Lead training sessions for external and internal business users

Project management

  • Works with ecommerce digital content teams and cross-functional business units to create processes and documentation that will be leveraged to drive operational efficiencies
  • Support the Sr. Ecom Digital content analyst to:
    • Gather, analyzes, and documents business requirements and effectively communicates requirements to technology partners for new system enhancements
    • Facilitate the rollout of system enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption by the business and providing necessary training or documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in tools, processes, and workflows.

  • Travel to Toronto Store Support Location on Monthly basis
  • Travel to Toronto Store Support location as required for cross-functional meetings

  • Working in an office setting: computer work, camera on virtual meetings, taking support calls

Minimum Education:

  • University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

  • 3- 5 Years

Other Requirements/Assets:

  • Advanced capability in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Familiar with project management
  • Familiar with website technologies is an asset
  • SAP and/or PIM (Product Information Management) software experience preferred
  • Zendesk knowledge an asset
