Title: Dispatcher Assistant

Location: Guelph, ON

Wage: $24.00 /hr.

Shift: 8am to 5pm or may change to 8:30am to 5pm

Monday to Friday

Have you worked in the transportation industry and are looking to add to your skills? We are actively recruiting for a Dispatcher's Assistant that can learn and grow within the organization.

** Not suitable for students.

Job Duties:

• Working alongside the dispatchers
• Taking calls and communciations
• Enter BOLs, load weights, drive in/out
• Use of in house program
• Entries of accounting
• Additional administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Previous Dispatch experience within transportation is a definite asset
• Good computer skills to maneuver in house program
• Solid communication skills - both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• CSA approved boots
