What you will be doing…
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of small-to-large-scale project(s) which includes managing project resources and stakeholders (internal and external), responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organizational and unit strategy, commitments, and goals. Project(s) are typically client-focused and often require the complex coordination of many external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary education ideally in Education, Business or related community development activity.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in planning and project coordination/management. Most recent experience includes post-secondary.
- Experience with project management tools and methods.
- Experience functionally leading teams or project teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing programs and processes.
- Experience in presentation/facilitation.
- Experience in hiring and managing faculty and staff.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, MS Teams, SharePoint.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience.
- You have experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery and evaluation.
