Summary

Le spécialiste du développement organisationnel est chargé d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre les initiatives de développement organisationnel et de perfectionnement en fonction des priorités stratégiques de l'entreprise. Le spécialiste du développement organisationnel collabore avec d'autres professionnels des Ressources humaines pour préparer des expériences complètes d'apprentissage personnalisé et des initiatives de développement organisationnel pour tous les employés afin de soutenir les besoins des services et de l'entreprise.

Le ou la titulaire fournit du soutien au perfectionnement professionnel de l'employé, aux initiatives de mobilisation organisationnelles et aux initiatives stratégiques visant à soutenir une expérience engageante pour les employés et l'efficacité et l'efficience de l'entreprise.

Le titulaire du poste gère et supervise toutes les activités de gestion des qualifications.

Le ou la titulaire fournit du soutien à la planification de la relève, aux plans d'amélioration du rendement et à d'autres initiatives de perfectionnement des employés déterminées par la haute direction et le comité directeur du centre d'apprentissage.

Le titulaire du poste gère et supervise toutes les activités de gestion des qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the effective implementation of identified organizational development initiatives for all Bases and Business Units. Works collaboratively and with other Human Resource Professionals to support clients with initiatives and projects. Designs, delivers, and evaluates customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Communicates effectively, listens actively, and works collaboratively with others to co-create solutions that are responsive and respectful of diverse OD requirements.
  • Supports employee engagement initiatives through active participation in assigned strategic projects.
  • Collaborates on the creation and execution of organization-wide initiatives and develop project plans as appropriate to meet changing department and unit needs and requirements as these relate to OD.
  • Stays current with employee engagement, talent management and learning and development trends through research and outreach with external partners to ensure the company is benefitting from the most up to date best practice development methods and programs.
  • The incumbent will manage and oversee all Qualifications Management activities
Requirements
  • Undergraduate Degree in Organizational Development or related field.
  • 5-8 years experience in the aviation sector preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues and stake holders to assess needs, design, implement and evaluate organizational development interventions; identifying SMEs and/or external resources if required.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management and project management.
  • Superior aptitude to build professional relationships that result in collaborative partnerships and mutually beneficial results.
  • Proven ability to listen, seek out and consider information objectively, and respond to challenging situations with reason and collaboration.
  • Bilingual – spoken and written – French and English
  • Experience with Qualification Management.
