We are currently looking for team members who have in-house or agency experience providing strategic communications counsel and developing and implementing public affairs and communications strategies that deliver results.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Support the leadership team in the running of day-to-day account management
- Manage a wide range of assignments and offer effective counsel to clients on complex issues and problems
- Be knowledgeable about major political developments and how they relate to or impact our clients
- Support the building and maintenance of strategic relationships with officials at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government
- Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across paid, earned, shared, and owned media (PESO)
- Manage and develop audience-focused digital and social content
- Design, plan and lead effective virtual and in-person stakeholder engagement and consultation processes
- Draft, review, and edit materials to ensure high quality and precision in client deliverables
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervise the work of junior team members
- Develop and manage project documents, budgets and mandates
- Contribute to new business development through external communications and drafting proposals
- Support the functioning and growth of the firm through internal responsibilities
