Job Responsibilities

As an integral part of our EHS and ESG Technology team, your function will be to provide valuable functional and technical consulting services within our digital EHS and ESG practice. The role entails ensuring delivery of exceptional client services and excellent work products while managing risks and keeping a pulse on expectations.

  • Project Delivery:
    • Act as the primary technical contact on Enablon projects.
    • Facilitate and lead design sessions (internal and external) and work with Business Analysts to gather client requirements.
    • Analyze client requirements and design system solutions based on technical and industry best practices.
    • Develop Solution Design Documents as part of solution delivery.
    • Oversee the work of functional specialists to complete the configuration of the solution design
    • Develop and execute unit and functional testing of the configurations and customizations
    • Manage deployment and release activities.
    • Support clients with the management and upkeep of the deployed solutions (including application support, version upgrade, etc.)
  • Business Development:
    • Support leadership with establishment and growth of a successful Enablon practice team
    • Work with leadership to provide technical solution details during business development process
    • Provide input to estimation of effort and budget for new sales opportunities
    • Work with existing clients to explore additional ways to expand their product use

To qualify for the role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, in the field of EHS and ESG
  • 5+ years of technical and functional experience with Enablon including: NABSIC, Enablon Builder, platform configuration (Org Axes, workflows, access rights, Fields, Forms, formatting and calculation expressions, etc.)
  • Accredited Enablon Implementation Certification
  • Experience with Enablon BLINK/REST ODATA API
  • Experience with SOAP and REST WS API for data and system integration
  • Experience with Enablon Mobile App
  • Experience with Enablon version upgrades
  • Proven track record of successful experience in full delivery of Enablon EHS/GRC modules (both Out-of-the-box and custom solutions)
  • Good knowledge of EHS and ESG subject matter
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and client management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to establish productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners across the organization

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $70,000 to $136,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
