As the Administrative Professional for our Tax Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day tasks and enabling our tax specialists to focus on their core responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being the organizational backbone, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in contributing to your team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Organize, maintain, and manage client records, tax documents, and confidential files.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the Tax Team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous responses to inquiries.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in our systems.

Support with Tax Filings: Assist the Tax Team in preparing documents for clients and external legal counsel, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Customer Service: Maintain polite and professional communication via phone e-mail, face-to-face and mail.

What You Bring:

Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting or tax software is a plus.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organization: Stellar organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.

Team Player: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
