Rosecrest Communities - The Sagewood

Rosecrest is a progressive community that delivers long term care services in a way that recognizes the strengths and abilities of individuals and their families. There are fifty residents living at the Sagewood, which is located at 345 Cobequid Road in Sackville, NS. There are four cottages within the home with 12 to 13 individuals, each with a single room and a private washroom. Each cottage has its own living room, dining room, bathing suites and access to enclosed garden spaces.

About the Role
Rosecrest is committed to a resident-directed approach to care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rosecrest you play a key leadership role in achieving this commitment by providing, planning and coordinating care for residents. Using your skills of observation, assessment and nursing diagnosis, you will work collaboratively with residents, their families and the Rosecrest team to provide exceptional care and to promote the benefits of healthy lifestyles.
