Job Description

* Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
* Utilize Yardi software to manage accounts payable functions, including vendor setup and payment processing.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs.
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Maintain organized and accurate records of all AP transactions.

Job Requirements
* Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
* Proficiency in Yardi software is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of AP processes, policies, and best practices.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in property management or construction industry is an asset.
