Position Scope:

The Human Resource Assistant reports directly to the Human Resource Coordinator. Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position involves leading recruitment and onboarding initiatives within a diverse, multi-factory, and multi-product manufacturing environment. The individual will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, recruit candidates, and ensure seamless onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and prepared for their roles.

The positions primary role will be focusing on personnel data management with a variety of digital databases and performing recruitment duties including but not limited to,

• Updating and maintaining job boards.
• Attending local job fairs.
• Performing prescreens and interviews.
• Conducting orientation and new hire support.
• Supporting international hire settlements.
• Providing administrative support to the Human Resource Department
