Horizon Health Network is seeking an Electrician to join our team in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick! This is a FULL TIME PERMANENT opportunity.

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting an Electrician to join our team at the Hotel Dieu of St Joseph in Perth-Andover.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for electrical work at the journeyperson level. Your home base will be at Hotel Dieu of St Joseph, with some work required at Tobique Valley Community Health Centre. Periodic travel to other Horizon facilities may also be required .

Specific duties include:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and testing electrical components of building systems
• Performing both demand and preventative maintenance on electrical components of building systems
• Performing the electrical aspects of new construction, installation, and renovations for medical and non-medical systems
• Maintaining the fire alarm system
• Installing and maintaining phone and data systems
• Designing control systems and wiring schematics
• Keeping and maintaining records and documentation

Who you are

You possess a valid Red Seal designation or Provincial Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician, and a valid driver's license. You have written and spoken competence in English.
