- Collaborate across functions to define and execute a data strategy and analytics roadmap for digital initiatives, working closely with Digital Banking, analytics teams, and the data office
- Lead the charge in identifying and implementing analytics solutions to enhance customer experience, partnering with Data Scientists
- Conduct thorough data analysis to influence product development and shape overall business strategies
- Translate complex data analytics into clear, actionable business insights, both verbally and in writing, with a keen understanding of business needs
- Communicate and coordinate with teams to implement data-driven strategies, ensuring progress is measured and goals are met

Are you the right person for the role?
- You have a strong business acumen and excel at developing and communicating analytics insights to senior leadership
- Your communication and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, enabling you to lead meetings, captivate the audience, and ensure accountability
- You are a self-starter who thrives with minimal direction, proposing solutions rather than seeking instructions
- You have extensive experience communicating insights (not just data) to stakeholders at the director level and above
- You can create compelling PowerPoint dashboards that highlight your analyses and tell a story that resonates with business stakeholders
- You have experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or other cloud data platforms.
- You are proficient in SQL (a must) and have experience with Adobe Analytics (a plus) and Python (a plus)
- Your data visualization skills are exceptional, and you are an expert with Power BI (preferred) or similar software
- You possess strong business and financial acumen, understand how to determine success, and have a track record of setting KPIs.
- You can speak the language of both data and business, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and have a deep curiosity about data, processes, and customer behavior.
- You can pivot and adapt to change, diving in, taking ownership, and picking up new things with ease.
- You are eager to mentor, teach, and share your ideas in a team environment.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered
- Multiple years of experience providing insights, conducting deep-dive analysis, and presenting results to senior leadership

- Experience cleaning, transforming, and visualizing large data sets working with various data formats (e.g., unstructured logs, XML, JSON, flat files, images)
- Ability to leverage digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Splunk.
- Ability to manage processes and planning, facilitate teamwork, and coordinate the execution of multiple deliverables
