McLaughlin Trusses Inc - is currently looking for General Labourer(s) to complete our Truss Manufacturing team! Located in Wakefield, NB, we are a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Atlantic Canada and New England States.

The successful candidates will work as a team to assemble wood components into trusses that are used in building construction and/or assist in the saw shops.

Qualifications:

• Able to read a tape measurer
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and keep up with the physical demands of various roles assigned
• Working in hot, cold and variable temperatures
• Ability to accept and embrace change in the day-to-day operations
• Able to work in a team environment and individually
• Detail oriented with strong safety values and mindset
• Moderate computer skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work safely and follow all safety requirements
• Operate all the equipment associated with the job assigned to
• Relay information to other team members
• Successful completion of 90-day training period
• All additional duties as they become assigned
