Job Description:
Are you passionate about curating beautiful spaces, furniture design, and delivering excellent customer service? We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Client Solutions Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Satisfaction:
- Deliver exceptional sales and customer service in the showroom, over the phone, via email, and through online platforms.
- Keep yourself informed about the latest products and brand updates from our suppliers.
- Support clients in choosing furniture and décor that complements TUCK's distinctive style and offerings.
Store Operations:
- Uphold an inviting store atmosphere by following visual merchandising standards, organizing furniture, designing displays, and performing light cleaning.
- Complete sales transactions and manage payments efficiently using Shopify POS systems.
- Support social media strategies and help with photography, as needed.
- Coordinate shipments, verify orders, unpack products, and organize deliveries effectively.
- Manage warranty claims and work with suppliers to resolve product damages.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for interior décor and furniture.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and move furniture (with assistance).
- Retail sales experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Shopify POS systems.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Strong writing skills.
