We at Lounsbury Chevrolet in Bathurst are looking for a Dispatcher & Service Advisor.
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for the workflow in the shop and for handling internal repair orders.

Responsibilities
-
Coordinate the flow of work in the shop by assigning work to Technicians, prioritizing tasks based on promised times, comebacks, waiters, etc.

Schedule appointment times for the Sales department, and ensure new vehicles and used cars taken in on trade are worked on in a timely manner.

Ensure Service Technicians meet quality standards and productivity requirements.

Assist the Service Manager with managing the quality of work.

Support the Service Department with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications

College diploma or equivalent work experience (High school diploma or GED required)

Technically inclined.

Has attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, coordination, and customer service.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
