Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and managing the service department appointment's, including scheduling repairs and communicating with customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
• Schedule service appointments and provide accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain records of all repairs and customer interactions
• Upsell additional services and products to customers as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Computer proficiency and experience with service department software
• Valid driver's license
