Requirements :

  • Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children
  • Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff
  • Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming
  • Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies, recreation or related experience in professional child care field
  • Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Certification

Rate of Pay: $24.17 per hour plus vacation pay.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am-8:45am and 2:05-6:00pm Appx 26.85 hours per week

Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
