Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Access Control
- Emergency Management
- Line Control
- Periodic foot patrols
- Daily occurrence reporting
- Proactive & reactive security patrols
- Response to incidents
- Monitor and report any deficiencies.
- Assist as required with daily operations and securing site and staff to ensure a safe environment.
- Report writing
- Investigate routine incidents
- Must be able to commute to for pre-deployment training (3 of 5 training days) Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
- Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
- Other duties and responsibilities as stated and directed by the client and or management.
The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability
