Source Atlantic is seeking an Account Manager in our Edmonton, AB market to develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers. More specifically, the person in this role services and grows customers within their assigned territory by selling the full range of Source Atlantic product, service and solution offerings.
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a plan to grow assigned accounts
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals
• Deliver superior customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and operating location staff
• Address any service issues for customers
• Know the competition and how to sell against it
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years proven success in outside sales and service
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
• Proactive, motivated, professional self-starter
• Ability to use Internet, and Microsoft Office effectively with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Travel required.
• Knowledge of the wholesale industrial distribution industry is valuable but not required.
