What you will do
Reporting to the Data Collision Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- auditing of Motor Vehicle Collision Reports to ensure accuracy and legibility;
- using mapping software to accurately locate collisions on a map using GPS co-ordinates;
- scanning and filing of completed reports;
- sorting of daily mail.
Work environment:
- Office location: 440 King Street, Fredericton.
- Open office layout.
- Standard hours of work: Monday â?? Friday.

Technical competencies:
- Ability to Use Office Technology, Software and Applications.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma in a related field and a minimum of three (3) yearsâ?? experience, or
- Graduation from a high school or GED and four (4) years directly related experience;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following assets:
- experience in using mapping software;
- experience in using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Access;
- familiarity with roads throughout the province.
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

SALARY:
Administrative Services Level 3: $1,625.00 to $1,971.00 bi-weekly (based on a 36 ¼ hour work week).
