What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire eye treatment process. Clearly explain the purpose and function of preoperative exams, and retrieve prescriptions from patients' glasses.
  • File, retrieve, scan, and maintain patient charts and electronic files. Keep the appointment software updated with the completion of each patient's exam, adding detailed notes when necessary.
  • Complete necessary paperwork in patient charts, collaborating with other team members for a second opinion when needed. Foster a cooperative and supportive atmosphere within the team.
  • Ensure the work area is consistently stocked with essential supplies, contributing to a smooth workflow and uninterrupted patient care.

What You Will Bring
