Job Summary:
We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate with a passion for computer technology and hands-on experience to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll be at the heart of our operation, helping customers navigate the world of computers, hardware, and custom solutions. From recommending the perfect desktop or laptop to assisting with upgrades and repairs, you'll deliver personalized service that keeps customers coming back. This Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) position is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail sales environment, loves technology, and takes pride in helping people find the solutions they need. Responsabilités

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide genuine, friendly service to meet their technology needs.
  • Build relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist with the sales of computers, custom builds, networking equipment, and hardware components.
  • Provide support with computer repairs, upgrades, and personalized technical solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest tech trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
  • Maintain a clean, organized retail space and assist with stock management.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in a related field, an asset but not required.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with computers, hardware, custom builds, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Personable, approachable, and solutions driven.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with a solid work ethic.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn about new products and trends
