Is this role right for you? In this role, you will…
- Provide backup support to the department by:
- Monitoring Inboxes
- Updating documentation
- Opening/closing accounts
- Inputting trades
- Running queries
- Perform data clean-up as required.
- Attend to daily inquiries by phone and/or written communication.
- Assist in the digitalization of client files in and required storage.
- Participate actively in team learning development activities and team performance achievements.
- Build effective working relationships across the team and with various business line and corporate function contacts.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if:
- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- You have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
You are detail oriented.
- You have customer service focus.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You take initiative, work well with minimal direction and multi-task.
- You have strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
