What You Will Be Doing:

• Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
• Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience
• Have a positive attitude when dealing with customers
• Greet, acknowledge & help walk-in customers according to their needs.
• Answer all incoming phone calls quickly and in a professional manner
• Create files for customers
• Keep customers updated on any changes that occur
• Perform administrative functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures
• Record and document all important notes on work files
• Perform follow up calls with customers. (After service, sales etc)

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
