Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit technical training content, manuals, and documentation for industrial clients.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Create interactive training modules using Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools.

Analyze technical information and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly materials.

Ensure all content aligns with client specifications and industry standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Participate in client and internal meetings to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Industrial Experience: 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting or creating content for industrial applications.

Adobe Captivate Expertise: Proven track record of designing and producing eLearning modules with Adobe Captivate.

Technical Writing Skills: Strong ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical content.

Communication: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Attention to Detail: Ability to edit and proofread for clarity and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with additional instructional design software or Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial settings.

Background in engineering, Oil and Gas, Energy Production or related technical fields.
