The Board of Directors are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Executive Officer / Administrator to lead the Cove Guest Home to the next level of success.

As CEO, you will be responsible to operationalize the strategic direction of the organization, lead a dynamic team and be a strong financial gatekeeper.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Long Term Care sector and will work collaboratively with our provincial funders.

The CEO / Administrator will have achieved successful completion of an academic university program, Nursing and/or Business, with a Masters level preferred and have a minimum of five (5) years prior experience in Healthcare Administration.
