Shoreland Transport Ltd., a division of Cookeis currently seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative for our growing team in St. George, NB. This position will be a 4 days on - 4 days off rotation.

This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.

This challenging opportunity consists of

  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Scheduling pickups and delivery appointments
  • Ensuring service levels are met
  • Liaison between shippers, receivers, and our drivers
  • Maximize utilization of resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Accessorial charge management
  • OS&D tracking
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have

  • Strong customer service focus
  • At least 2 years Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
  • Transportation weights and measures
  • Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
  • Experience managing OS&D and claims
