As a Staff/Senior in the Business Immigration Technology Hub at EY Law LLP, you will be instrumental in building client-facing and back-office solutions that drive our efficiency in delivery and improve the quality of our client service. You will lead and manage technology projects, including robotic process automations (RPA), development of in-house tools, creating client-facing reports and supporting our teams with their critical business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a dedicated member of our Technology Hub, you will be responsible for understanding business challenges and building solutions. This involves documenting business requirements, creating business cases, designing solutions, building, testing, monitoring budgets, then launching the final solution.
You'll gain experience working from end-to-end in the software development lifecycle, and you'll build your Immigration domain knowledge while continuously learning new skills and techniques.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects.
- Technical ability to develop hands-on solutions.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Experience in developing automation and other solutions in a business environment
- Strong technical skills, including:
- PowerPlatform low-code development (PowerPages, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Copilot Studios)
- Azure AI Builder, OCR
- Data transformation: SQL, SSIS
- Excel automations: PowerQuery, VBA
- RPA: UiPath, Blue Prism, PowerAutomate Desktop
- Data visualization, e.g. PowerBI
- Product management
- Technical project management skills
- Object-oriented programming (e.g. Python, C#/JavaScript)
OR
- 2-3 years of U.S./Canada/international business immigration experience
