Role Description:

The Product Manager will have exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to strategically manage and grow our product portfolio. This role requires a balance of logistical expertise, product management acumen, and the ability to foster strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing) to develop and launch new products or enhance existing ones.
• Leverage logistics expertise to create innovative solutions that address operational challenges.
• Monitor product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product offering.
• Report progress and key findings to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, logistics, or a similar role
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Expertise with logistics, supply chain processes, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
