Job Description:

Department Overview:

The PITT Crew is a passionate team of technically savvy subject matter experts that reside under Operations Performance & Modernization, CPB Operations. We support the ideation, development, deployment and governance of new tools, processes and workflows that support our production teams. We embrace Agile methodologies, allowing us to deploy new tools quickly and efficiently that exceeds the expectation of our business partners.

Job Description:

This successful candidate for this full-time position will be joining PITT's leadership team leading Microsoft Power Pod as a Pod Lead. This position will be accountable for successful end to end project delivery in agile model to build MS Power solutions to increase efficiency across CPB Operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer Science undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate

  • Mandatory Requirement: Must have minimum 3-4 years of MS Power developer background (solution design, coding, testing, end to end experience on application development)

  • 5+ years of experience in IA, AI, IDP, Process mining, SQL, JavaScript

  • Strong governance mindset is a must

  • Ability to work autonomously on complex projects and mitigate risk

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • People management experience would be an asset

  • Agile experience as a PO would be an asset
