Key Responsibilities

• Addressing specific technical needs of clients
• Advising and guiding clients
• Handling client orders
• Explaining product characteristics and perks
• Calculating required quantities based on client needs
• Clarifying project steps and necessary products
• Assisting with merchandise shipment and receipt
• Supporting the manager with designer orders

Essential Qualifications

• A high school diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• An independent and responsible approach
• Dynamic and assiduous presence
• Excellent focus on customer service quality
• Strong sales and communication skills
