The Opportunity:
At Stewart McKelvey, we are always excited to hear from talented people with office administration experience, for a variety of roles at the firm. If you have experience in a law firm or legal environment or have recently graduated from a legal administration or paralegal program, we would be happy to consider you for an opportunity with the firm. If you have administrative experience in environments outside of the legal sector, we may have a role for you as well!
Our administrative professionals are responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from drafting documents, handling client correspondence, file management, billing-related tasks, calendar management, scanning/ photocopying/ binding, and a variety of other duties depending on the role.
If you are an organized administrative professional with a high level of attention to detail, who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced office environment, we want to hear from you!
