Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of Global Business Payments by ensuring plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for project delivery change management by working with key business, technology and operational teams.
  • Leads development and delivery of timely and effective project dashboards to keep senior leaders in Global Business Payments informed of project statuses, critical milestones and alerts when budget, effective delivery or timelines are at risk.
  • Assist with planning and executing projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within the approved time frame, scope and budget.
  • Enables a culture that promotes critical thinking, change leadership, and includes sharing best practices at global scale.
  • Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
  • Seek out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand alternative approaches or solutions.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in Lean, Six Sigma principles
  • An Agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with the proven ability to explain critical issues to all audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project mapping and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of Cash Management Products would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Project Management Methodology would be considered an asset.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt considered an asset
  • Understanding of telephony systems, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ACD (Automatic Call Distributors)
