Job Summary
The Medicine Program of NL Health Services (Urban Zone) invites expressions of interest for a as a full-time Endocrinologist at the Health Science Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. All interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
The candidate will join the team in a collegial atmosphere and will receive clinical space along with administrative support. The on-call will be shared among the division members. The physician is also expected to participate in teaching students and house staff and also join the enriched teaching atmosphere affiliated to Memorial University' School of Medicine.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree.
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification (or equivalent) in Endocrinology
- Residency completed in Internal Medicine.
- Deemed eligible for licensure to practice by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador. For more information visit: [email protected] .
- Satisfy credential and privilege requirements of NL Health Services including a satisfactory criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
Remuneration: Salary and benefits for this position are to be paid in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement for salaried physicians in Newfoundland and Labrador. Starting salary will be based on years of clinical experience.
