What you will do
Reporting to the District Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- supervising administrative support staff to ensure the efficient accomplishment of administrative tasks and processes;
- assigning, scheduling and evaluating work while providing coaching and mentoring;
- providing accurate accounting of the districtâ??s expenditures.
- Collaborating with other Departments, Agencies, and/or Districts for different systems.

- Standard hours of work: Monday - Friday

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED supplemented by the successful completion of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, which includes one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

SALARY:
Administrative Services Level 4: $1,816.00 to $2,205.00 bi-weekly, based on a 36.25-hour week.
