The Program Lead will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the seamless execution of our programs and day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating customer projects, managing schedules, and ensuring program protocols are met. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of house construction or building science, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Basic knowledge of house construction and/or building science. Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., construction, building science, project management) is an asset.
• Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including scheduling software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Familiarity with Nova Scotia's geography is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative to drive tasks to completion.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Knowledge of Hot2000 energy advisor software is an asset.

• Salary ranges between $52,000 to $62,500 based on experience, with the opportunity to grow in the role and company.
