(12hr Shifts - Days & Nights)

About the Windsor Elms Village (Falmouth, NS): Windsor Elms Village is an Eden Registered Home with a resident-directed
philosophy of care. It builds on a rich history and reflects our commitment to continue to evolve to meet the emerging needs of
seniors in Nova Scotia. We will continue to embrace life, provide compassionate support and encourage meaningful relationships
with residents, families, staff and the community. We are creating a home environment where residents can continue to grow and
experience the fullness of life.

Creating a Sense of Home: We are home to 108 residents. At Windsor Elms Village there are three distinct neighbourhoods. Each
neighbourhood has four houses of nine residents. With such a diverse group of residents, you will find each house has its own
character. At WEV, we strive to create flexibility that mirrors life in the communities and homes our residents have known.

Registered Nurses (RN): We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to work in our home located in Falmouth, NS (just 40
minutes from Halifax).

As an RN you will supervise and administer medications and treatments and assess the initial and ongoing health status and
quality of life of residents. As an RN within our team, you will be creating a positive and pleasant environment in the Resident's
home by working collaboratively and respectfully with all care partners including residents, co-workers, families, physicians,
community and professional agencies. In everything you do, you will strive to enhance and strengthen the groups and individuals
who live and work at the Windsor Elms Village. Other key responsibilities include communicating pertinent information to team
members; maintaining complete and accurate clinical records and ensuring resident care plans are current.
As an important member of our team -- working with all care partners - you do what it takes to enrich relationships and
well-being for residents.
