Key responsibilities
• Provide confidential, objective third party assistance to employees facing obstacles that prevent them from attending work;
• Manage return to work initiatives through liaison with employers, health care providers and rehabilitation professionals;
• Develop a network of preferred service providers across the territory served by the company;
• Approval and review of interventions mandates entrusted to outside suppliers to ensure the relevance and quality of the results of these interventions;
• Meet or participate in meetings with current or potential service providers, clients, brokers or claimants;
• Ensure excellent services is offered by different suppliers and collaborate tom the development of selection criteria and qualitative measures;
• Take part in committees on group experiences and results of the groups;
• Take part in special projects such as modifications of computer system, choice of tools, development of procedures, new reports/ratios, national committee, etc;
• Achieve any other task of comparable nature, or of general order, required by its functions and/or required by the immediate superior.
Required Qualifications
• Post-secondary education;
• 3 to 5 years' experience in rehabilitation/disability management;
• Bilingualism (English and French)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products;
• Medical and contractual knowledge.
