KEY DUTIES
• Responding to maintenance requests

• Performing general regular maintenance

• Performing preventive maintenance as scheduled

• Attending to virtually all parts of the buildings, infrastructures and grounds

• Upgrades and Remodeling when necessary of buildings and infrastructures

• Keeping an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies

• Making recommendations and requests for needed maintenance
