Job Description:

The Financial Crimes and Fraud Management Technology Solutions team, part of Enterprise Protect, is responsible for protecting the Bank, customers and employees by delivering and supporting strategic technology solutions to analyze, prevent, detect and resolve fraud against TD customers and critical TD technology assets.
What We Stand For: Fraud Technology Solutions is continuously evolving to mitigate fraud risk to the Bank, including introducing new initiatives with the advancement of TD's data analytics strategy, new modern prediction and detection capabilities and streamlined customer focused claims services.
Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including leadership within Protect, business, technology, control functions, and external vendors, as appropriate.
- Establish product framework, cadence, and metrics to excel the End to End Protect maturity journey, ensure effective investments, and reduce risk.
- Support Protect SLA to develop and refine Protect Product Strategy and delivery roadmaps, communicate and engage broader stakeholders to achieve alignment of the strategy.
- Govern the Protect Product total book of work, manage incoming pipeline, and facilitate capacity planning to meet the needs.
- Identify and manage key commitments and interdependencies cross multiple teams and ensure outcomes are met.
- Drive innovation culture and deepening of external engagement to drive industry alignment.
- Foster continuous improvement of both workforce and customer experience.
- Maintain up to date awareness of regulatory, competitive and industry landscape to pivot product strategy, as needed.
- Produce and collect regular update, content, material creation for Board, SET, and relevant risk forum purposes.
- Maintain full inventory of auditable materials and support audit or regulatory inquiries where required.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of Targets operating model /Strategy and standardize routines across Protect Product.
- Acts as the liaison for the Business architecture support teams.
- Advocate Protect Talent strategy and execute on assigned deliverables to drive outcomes.
- Owner of Product Annual planning and Expense & Forecasting process.
- Monitor Metrics/KPI and Regulatory/Risk Reporting.

- At least two pillars of expertise and experience across Financial Crime, Insider, Fraud/CIAM, and Cyber areas.
- Successful at building partnerships at the senior executive level and capable to influence peers and drive complex changes in a large organization.
- Proven track record of attracting, developing and retaining diverse top talent.
- Strong people leader with demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams.
- Active champion of raising the bar on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to serve as strategist, change agent and advocate, while balancing business realities, regulatory expectations, and best practices.
- Possesses a clear understanding of the importance of collaboration across the organization to leverage peer groups.
- Ability to stay resilient under pressure and operate in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
