The VP will work closely with other members of the executive committee to ensure the design of a provincial program is integrated with other corporate, zone and provincial services. The VP will be accountable for creating and fostering a healthy workplace that promotes effective working relationships that attract, develop, retain, and motivate staff across the health system. They will assume a leadership role in ensuring the programs and departments assigned to the portfolio are successful in attaining defined goals consistent with the strategic operational and fiscal goals of the PHA.
