Position: Part Time Temporary Security Guard
Site: Colliers - West Metro, 185 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON M9C4Y5
Hours: Sunday (0000-1200) and Monday (1600-0000)
Payrate: $18.36/hr.
Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Description:
Colliers International is a Canada-based global commercial real estate services organization with approximately 12,000 employees in more offices in 69 countries. The firm provides services to commercial real estate users, owners, investors and developers: they include consulting, corporate facilities, investment services, landlords and tenant representation, project management, urban planning, property and asset management and valuation and advisory services. The organization serves the hotel, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail and residential property sectors.
Job Description:
  • Observe and report all activity on site
  • Proactive & reactive security patrols
  • Response to incidents
  • Report writing
  • Investigate routine incidents
  • Assist with daily operations of the site location
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Assist guests, patrons, contractors, and all visitors on the property
  • Draft written daily occurrence reports
  • Access Control
  • Line Management
  • Crowd Control
  • Report to the site supervisor, CSM, and management as needed or required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or outlined by management and the company.
