The Opportunity:

CAN-med Healthcare is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, NS. If you are personable, a great communicator, energetic and able to work independently as well as part of a team, you are our ideal candidate!

CAN-med Healthcare, a division on IMP Group Ltd, is a Canadian-owned, value-added distributor of medical surgical, health imaging, dental, mobility and home health care products and services. What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, process customer orders as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Provide extraordinary customer service over phone, email and in person
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of information
  • Assist customers by providing general and technical product information
  • Assist customers with back orders, delivery dates and product returns

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft excel and word
  • Superior oral and written skills
