Job DescriptionThe Planning Clerk ensures the accurate recording of all work cards, materials and outside services into Cascade Aerospace's databases where required. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a quick learner and prepared to master new tasks. This role requires strong communication, organization and time management skills as your work supports numerous internal teams and external customers. A team player with a positive attitude is a welcome addition to our team! This position is for a Rotation Shift: 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on afternoons.
This position belongs to the bargaining unit and shall abide by all rules and regulations set out in the Collective Agreement.
This position requires immediate Controlled Goods clearance, therefore, only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
Major Responsibilities & Duties-
Control the paperwork and records for an aircraft's entire heavy maintenance check and monitor for accuracy. Share responsibility and related duties with other Planning Clerks.

Ensure the accurate recording of all non-routine cards and routine data into Cascade Aerospace's database and customer database where required.

Ensure all parts entered into database are correct and accurate.

Ensure all paperwork is organized and filed in accordance with Transport Canada regulations Cascade Aerospace's policies and procedures, and customer policies and procedures

Good communication skills: fluent written and verbal English is mandatory

Intermediate Computer Skills: focus on MS Office Suite

Ability to complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining quality
Grade 12 Diploma
Experience1-2 years' experience office administration or customer service environment
Compensation$18.40/hr - $22.76/hr
