Triware Technologies is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a key role in driving the success of IT projects for our Service and Advisory teams. This is the perfect role for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a talent for juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of IT Service and Advisory projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with account managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Track project progress and identify potential issues or risks, escalating them as needed.
- Support the procurement of, and coordinate dependencies between, IT equipment and services, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
- Formal education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification is desirable but not required.
