We are looking for a new Franchise Operator to lead one of our Sobeys Inc locations in Grand Bay Foodland. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you have to offer:

• Strong business and financial acumen
• Superior leadership skills
• Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
• 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
