The Term Custodian position falls under the NSUPE collective agreement. The collective agreement can be accessed by clicking HERE .

Rate of Pay: The Hourly Rate for this position is $22.42.

All term employees will receive 90% of the above rate for the duration of the term in accordance with Article 21.08 of the NSUPE Collective Agreement.

HRCE maintains casual pools (substitute lists) for our administrative assistant, after school child care, custodian, educational program assistant, library support specialist, lunch monitor, pre-primary and teacher positions to provide short term coverage to schools when permanent staff are away.
