We are searching for an Executive Chef to join our Parkland Antigonish team based in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity
- Selects, shapes, and develops the team
- Providing leadership and overseeing provision of food services
- Providing catering services for internal and external events
- Providing input into division menu development
- Liaising with the Health Services Team to ensure client receive the appropriate therapeutic menu modification as indicated by their medical condition
About You
- You have your Journeyman Cooks papers from an accredited institution
- You have a recognized Food Safety Certificate
- You have a minimum of two years in a leadership role in food services
- You have experience in volume food preparation in the hospitality or long-term care sector.
- Previous management experience is an asset, as well as any other Alzheimer's or Dementia training courses are considered an asset.
